Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Graf Lantz items, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unused items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent to your email address immediately upon approval.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
